Crestview Becomes a Home

Open House

We at Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey are celebrating completion of our latest affordable supportive housing home for mental health consumers. This Home is our first new construction and first modular construction for Community Development. The Home is located in Atlantic County surrounded by a very nice landscape of flowering trees, rhododendron, pine, and many other indigenous trees that we did not disturb during the construction. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room. It will serve as home for three mental health consumers in Atlantic County.

We thank HUD Section 811, Federal Home Loan Bank, Commerce Bank, JP Morgan Chase, NJ Department of Community Affairs and the NJ community Loan Fund for providing funding for this project.

We also thank the development team members Crestview Development Inc., CSP-NJ, Monarch Housing Associates, Kitchen & Associates, Andora & Romano L.L.C., BPM / Community Enterprises Corporation, Sal Orapallo, and CSP-NJ Support Services.

We want to thank everyone that helped get the Home ready for the 'Open House'. CSP-NJ's Southern Support Services Team did a great job in setting up the food for the 'Open House' and decorating. Lastingly, we thank Community Development and our Asset Manager Gifford Herud for their unparalleled cooperation in coordinating with Billy Ruvellas on picking out the furniture. The 'Open House' was a success due to a job well done by everyone. Below are some pictures that outline the celebration, have a look and enjoy.
